- Help Solution Providers/Practice Leads with the technical strategies that enable them to sell their offerings on Qualtrics.
- Keep Partners up to date on key Qualtrics product updates and future roadmaps to help them represent Qualtrics to their clients about latest technology solutions and benefits.
- Run technical enablement programs to provide best practices, and solution design workshops to help Partners create effective solutions.
- Forward Strategic thinking - quickly grasp the essence of new concepts and business value messaging. Sharing customer success stories & case studies to showcase the impact of Qualtrics.
- Strong understanding of how Partners make revenue through the Industry priorities & complexities they face and influence where Qualtrics products can have the most impact for their product services.
- Conversations with other technologists, providing presentations at the C-level.
- Have a total of 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with consulting and implementation partners within the region.
- Be Qualtrics Certified and showcase deep product knowledge across the Customer Experience, Employee Experience and Strategic Research methods.
- Experience with integration into CRM, HRIS and Contact Centre platforms like Successfactors, Salesforce, SNOW, Genesys and NICE are a plus.
- Strong experience with major cloud platforms and tooling, especially Azure or AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Generative and Agentic use cases is a plus.
