- Architect innovative, scalable and customer-centric Multi-Hybrid Cloud solutions by identifying trends, developing Intellectual Property and showcase dynamic Secure Cloud and resilient infrastructure solutions.
- Define direct short-term and long-range planning and market development initiatives to align to GTM business goals.
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Product and Marketing teams to drive cross-functional collaboration to align solutions to business strategies and market demands.
- Drive Upskilling and Talent Development to ensure sales and delivery teams are enabled through continuous training, and technology certifications to present capabilities and competencies as market leader in Cloud transformation.
- Review and approve solution designs to ensure quality, scalability and profitability during bid management and delivery governance.
- Lead COE team in technical contributions for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals ensuring winning strategies.
- Pilot new technologies and drive proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to validate new offerings and to ensure post sales, support transition to delivery teams and ensure solution commitments are met.
- Define KPIs, COE activities, track success rates, and report outcomes to business management leadership.
- Promote building of team relationships.
- Evaluate and enhance team productivity.
- The role is responsible for strategizing and shaping the future Hybrid Cloud Solutions and Services business.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
- Strong experiences in Cloud implementation and operation management to lead customer engagements and act as technical advisor during presales and client discussions to build trust and shape deals.
- Proven experience in designing and presenting Cloud services solutions to customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs and solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
