You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate the company's brand identity and message into appealing and consistent graphics for various platforms and channels.   • Design and produce graphic elements such as logos, icons, illustrations, infographics, and animations for Venture Smarter's website, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing and communication materials
  • Apply and maintain the company's visual identity and style guidelines across all graphic content, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Work with the marketing and creative teams to understand the project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and provide creative input and feedback
  • Work with the product and development teams to design user interfaces and user experiences for our digital solutions, ensuring functionality, usability, and accessibility
  • Research and keep up to date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and tools, and incorporate them into the graphic content as appropriate
  • Manage and organize the graphic assets and files, and ensure they are optimized for web and print
Ideal ProfileJob Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment
  • Portfolio of graphic design work that demonstrates creativity, originality, and versatility
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software
  • Familiar with web design principles and tools, such as HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Sketch
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
