
IT Project Management Officer

- Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring IT project activities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, risk logs, and issue trackers.
- Ensure adherence to the bank’s PMO governance framework, processes, and templates.
- Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Consolidate and analyze project data for management reporting and dashboards.
- Support resource allocation, budgeting, and vendor management activities.
- Assist in audit and compliance checks for project documentation.
- 1–4 years of experience in IT PMO, Project Coordination, or Project Administration (banking/financial domain preferred).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tools (JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Understanding of IT project lifecycles and basic technical concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) is an added advantage.
