- Prepare and process materials using Adobe Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and other tools.
- Edit and conform content to client requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Run quality control (QC) checks to confirm materials meet technical and creative standards.
- Maintain organized project folders and correct file naming conventions.
- Track project progress, keeping updates accurate and on time in platforms like Airtable.
- Troubleshoot issues as they come up and suggest practical solutions.
- Support the global post-production team with task coordination and delivery.
- Fresh graduate or early career starter with interest in post-production and video editing.
- 6–12 months relevant internship experience.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro required; After Effects is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear communicator, comfortable working in English (written and spoken).
- Proactive problem-solver who can spot issues and offer solutions.
- Bonus: experience with Airtable, spreadsheets, or other project-tracking tools.
- Practical experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and post-production tools.
- Strong habits in QC, file management, and workflow organization.
- Collaboration with global post-production teams and editors.
- A solid foundation to grow into editor or post-production roles.
