- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop a clear understanding of client goals, industry context, and challenges to offer relevant support.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of client projects or campaigns from start to finish.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify opportunities for account growth.
- Support issue resolution and escalation processes with a professional and solution-focused approach.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and project updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role (experience requirements may vary by level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
