Your primary responsibilities will involve developing and deploying 4G and 5G network solutions to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including network architects, software developers, and field engineers, to deliver cutting-edge wireless technologies that meet customer needs and industry standards.Be Part of Our Success

Responsible for system design for 4G/5G communication systems, Video Management System, Video Analytics System and other mission critical communications system
To conduct, lead and present in review meetings with customers
System setup and configuration, implementation at sites, system testing and performance validation throughout the whole project phase until system commissioning
Project implementation through well-established project planning, costing and procurement practices, until system commissioning
Liaise with customers and various stakeholders to ensure prompt completion of OSAT, RAT and Commissioning

Qualities We Value

Knowledge in Electronics/Electrical or Info-Communication Engineering or Computer Engineering or relevant engineering courses
Project experience in System deployment, System integration and 4G/5G Comms implementation
Familiar with implementation of Network communication system / Wireless communication system projects
RF tools competency: Site Master, Spectrum Analyzer, PIM Master, Signal Generator, Nemo Walker Air, Nemo Handy, Nemo Analyze and etc.
RF Coverage planning, simulation and optimization tools (e.g., iBwave, ATDI, InfoVista, Ranplan etc.)
Good knowledge with VPN, firewall appliances, routers/switches
Independent and self-motivated with good initiative and communication skills
Certifications: CCNA certification is preferred.
Eagerness to Learn: Motivated to grow in telecommunications and project management.
Clear Communicator: Comfortable working with different teams and sharing project updates in a clear and concise manner.
Adaptability: Willing to adapt to new technologies and ways of working in a fast-paced environment.
