Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives aligned with the company's mission and vision.
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient functioning across multiple dental practices, focusing on operational excellence and optimizing workflows.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement among staff to drive productivity and maintain high levels of employee engagement.
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to negotiate contracts, optimize service delivery, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Provide guidance and support to department heads, coaching and developing their leadership skills to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with HR in talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a high performing and motivated workforce.
Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and achieve financial targets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or dental group setting, demonstrating successful operational management and strategic planning.
Strong business acumen with a track record of driving organizational growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the healthcare industry.
