$4800 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities

New automation Project implementation, Design layout and Vision system, installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair activities with an emphasis on automation machinery and robotic systems.
Support Principal Automation Engineer/Automation Engineer in providing technical support in computerized automation/robotic systems.
Perform machinery and equipment installation, setup, servicing, maintenance and repair job, and ensure automation/robotic systems remain in a validated and functional state at all times, including setting up or calibration check.
Ensure that automation equipment is well maintained and in good working condition to support production or engineering runs with minimum downtime.
Ensure timely diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of identified automation/robotic system issues (both hardware and software).
Perform routine checks to monitor equipment operating parameters and prompt updating of the monitoring system to ensure operations are within control specifications, including setting up or calibration checks.
Prepare trouble reports and be involved in work improvement projects.
Perform any other duties as assigned by superior and/or management.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of PLC, HMI, and control systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
