Join us and champion financial security for Singaporeans while leaving a lasting legacy.What you will be working on:As a Resource Manager, you will be involved in the implementation of resource management initiatives / programmes for CPF Board's Infocomm Technology and Digital Services cluster. This position requires you to optimise resource allocation and to upskill our resources to meet current and future needs of the organisation. The broad area of your responsibilities includes: • To identify and prioritize the manpower needs based on the project demand to ensure there are available resources with the appropriate role and skillset to do the project • To analyse resource data and perform resource planning for optimal resource allocation • To provide up-to-date management reports on availability and forecast utilization to management and stakeholders on a regular basis • To collaborate effectively with stakeholders to develop resource plan, resource optimization, and any related resource management activity • To participate in any resource management tools, infrastructure, reports, and business processes enhancement to improve resource management processes and functionsWhat we are looking for:
  • Relevant work experience in manpower resource planning, manpower outsourcing resource management or in a HR generalist function • Hands-on experience in resource management, resource planning, budgeting, and reporting • Operational knowledge of recruitment, human resource management and or ICT domain would be preferred • Familiarity in Project & Portfolio Management and/or data analytic platforms would be advantageous • Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills to engage with multiple and diverse stakeholders • A confident presenter and able to articulate concepts for rationalization • Proficient in Microsoft office suite Seniority of appointment will commensurate with relevant work experience.
