
Country Manager – Rugged Devices & Mounting Solutions

- Identify, establish, and cultivate partnerships with local OEMs, distributors,
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive year-over-year sales growth
- Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions to educate partners and clients
- Provide ongoing support through meetings, emails, phone calls, and
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across all partner
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales opportunities, and progress
- Regularly analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth
- Collaborate with the RAM Mounts USA team to review progress and align on
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, presentations, and other
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or country management, ideally
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and the ability to navigate
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for conducting
- Ability to manage technical issues, escalating to RAM Mounts USA when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with RAM Mounts USA
- Flexibility to meet and collaborate during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
