• Taking charge of regional consolidation and checking of financial statements for the company and regional subsidiaries
• Demonstrate knowledge ability to perform and settle transfer pricing with the help of external parties
• Helping regional companies in closing if they have issues in closing.
• Oversee daily operations of Finance Department and manage Senior Finance Executive
• Work closely with the President to prepare budgets and prepare monthly financial reports for the President, as and when required
• Fully responsible in full set of accounting for the Company
• Responsible for preparation and checking of quarterly financial reporting to Tokyo HQ.
• Review financial statements and cashflow management
• Implement solutions and process review to financial challenges and issue procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Financial
• Liaise with external auditor for year-end regulatory reporting for GST, annual tax filing returns etc.
• Any other task as assigned by the immediate supervisor

• Minimum requirement Degree in Accounting & Finance with CPA or CA.
• Worked at least 8 years in financial or accounting job with afew years of managerial experience
• Awarded as a Certified Public Accountant
• Exposure in financial related business planning, annualbudgeting, setting up of financial control procedure and financial reporting
• Good working knowledge of IFRS, Consolidation, Taxation
• Proficient with MS office skills and Power BI
• Meticulous with strong financial planning and analytical (FP& A) skills
• Possess good interpersonal skill
• Possess good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to interact with employees to influence outcomes
• Able to work independently and inter-dependently
• Possess the ability to work under pressure to meet financialclosing deadline
