$3300 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities

Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground
Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties
Assist in operations on ground as and when required
Maintain proper inventory control
Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
Any other related duties assigned by manager

Requirements

Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Building facilities & maintenance / Facility experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
