
Key Account Manager, Travel Retail

- Overview the shipping program together with the Customer Service / Control Dept.
- Overview the Order Portfolio together with the Customer Service / Control Dept.
- Review the Credit Control weekly reports and assist Credit control with collection of payments
- Control the availability files to place new orders and guarantee maximum fill rate.
- Control the discontinued skus files and inform the customers of them systematically.
- Support TR Regional Director with reports / analysis needed for forecasting / budget and specific studies.
- Support the TR Regional Director to recover information that justify a customer extra tolerance request, and to find prices and fulfill the clients price lists (deal with the Pricing Office in Italy.)
- Inform the TR Regional Director about open or already paid invoices, and about customers that are blocked for credit.
- Supply the TR Regional Director with client’s master data (client codes, price lists, payment days and so on)
- Travel regularly with TR Regional Director to Top / Key customers, further developing relationships, educating clients on the products, best sellers, merchandising, and competitive actions, as well as to become more familiar with the context and specific nuance of the accounts.
- Work closely with Marketing Manager to maximize Key Account In-store presence (permanent and seasonal executions) and coordinates needs with customers’ Marketing Department, inclusive of advertised images and pop needs for accounts.
- Work directly with Marketing Manager to build / implement strategic actions, (incentives / price off’s / promotions) to grow business and / or offset competitive activities.
- Ensure that clients have current / most up to date products, to match current promotional / marketing visuals / activities.
- Work in partnership with Marketing Manager to deeply analyze results of activities and refine / improve future marketing promotions.
- Ability to manage projects, plan budgets, prioritize multi-tasking, control deadlines, work to meet team's targets.
- Objective-oriented achiever.
- Committed team player, with the ability to work with autonomy.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills/ SAP Business Object, Content Lab, PLM, DSS, Prima
- Adaptable approach with the willingness to learn new skills and/or take on additional responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Educated to Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
