Our mission is to redefine boundaries of home elegance through creating designer furniture for the masses via a direct-to-consumer model.​ Headquartered in Singapore with offices in the United States, Australia and China, we are a team of 300+ passionate designers, engineers, data scientists, marketers and logistic specialists who are aiming to reinvent the traditional furniture industry. ​To strategically support our ambition and growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Lead to join our dynamic People & Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of multiple countries' compensation structures, benefits administration, and a strategic mindset to align total rewards with the organization's business objectives.If you are a results-oriented Compensation and Benefits professional looking to contribute to a vibrant and growing organization, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.What you'll be doing: * Conduct comprehensive analyses of our current compensation and benefits packages across all locations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement a global compensation structure that ensures internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Benchmark our compensation and benefits against industry standards in each country we operate in, including Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and the US, to ensure our offerings are attractive and competitive.
  • Design and maintain salary bands and grades for all positions within the company, taking into consideration factors such as job function, level of responsibility, and geographical location.
  • Work closely with leadership team & heads of department to develop and implement compensation guidelines and policies.
  • Provide expert advice on pay decisions.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and best practices in compensation and benefits management to ensure compliance across all regions.
  • Analyse data, generate reports and present insights to support decision making and strategic planning.
What you'll need: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record in designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits structures.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and regulations in multiple countries, preferably Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and the US.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex datasets with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
