JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Lead debt sourcing for new investments or refinancing of infrastructure assets
  • Lead financial and tax structuring for each investment including scoping and reviewing financial and tax due diligence findings
  • Review and complete loan documentation for draw down
  • Own and manage loan portfolio for infrastructure mandates. Track and monitor interest costs, loan covenants and review refinancing needs. Review or prepare loan compliance reports for submission
  • Manage treasury operations including bank account management, KYC, loan rollovers and hedging requirements
  • Work with internal stakeholders to address cash flow requirements
  • Review or prepare quarterly investor and group reporting
  • Manage a team of high performing professionals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Accountancy with minimum 8 to 12 years’ working experience
  • Prior working experience in similar work scope is an advantage
  • Experience in M&A or project financing in infrastructure will be an added advantage.
  • A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, organized and able to learn quickly, independently with strong analytical skills,
  • A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skill and ability to work well with different functions and levels.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment
