Manager (Engineering Background/ 3PL Warehousing / OEM MNC company)

• Manage and lead a team to perform the full cycle of warehouse activities based on company's policies.
• Liaise with 3PL providers to oversee incoming, warehousing, distribution, and operation maintenance.
• Adhere to the warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation regulations.
• Manage inventory control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Lead and manage warehouse security measures to keep KCR certification.
• Prepare an annual budget, reports, and statistics (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.).
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistic companies.

• Degree in Logistics, Operation, and Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Possess 5 years of experience as a Manager in a Semiconductor / OEM Industries.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP system will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Good leadership with supervisory experience in leading a team.
• Strong in decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
