- Design and simulate analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, including amplifiers, voltage regulators, data converters, and other analog building blocks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital IC designers, layout engineers, and system architects, to ensure successful integration of analog blocks into overall system designs.
- Perform transistor-level circuit design, layout, and verification using industry-standard EDA tools and methodologies.
- Conduct detailed analysis and optimization of circuit performance, including power consumption, noise, linearity, and stability.
- Work closely with technology and process development teams to drive innovation and improve the performance and manufacturability of analog circuits.
- Support product characterization, qualification, and production ramp-up activities, including silicon bring-up and debugging.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing and tape-out analog/mixed-signal ICs in advanced CMOS processes.
- Strong understanding of analog circuit design principles, including amplifier design, feedback systems, noise analysis, and layout techniques.
- Proficiency in EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and Analog Design Environment (ADE).
- Experience with circuit simulation, modeling, and verification using tools such as HSPICE, Spectre, and/or AMS.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Tcl) for design automation and data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
