- Assisting with the planning and execution of a key culture and conduct event to recognize staff with strong risk awareness.
- Supporting the rollout and monitoring of recertification tests to ensure adequate compliance.
- Handling straightforward advisory and exemption queries.
- Exploring opportunities to automate reporting dashboards for increased efficiency.
- Maintaining and updating team guidelines and providing general administrative support.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in Business or Accounting.
- Comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative.
- Prior project management experience is a plus.
- A solid understanding of risk governance and conduct principles.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Practical skills in data monitoring and reporting.
- Exposure to stakeholder management and communication.
- An introduction to process improvement and automation techniques.
