- Strategic Vision and Leadership: Define ACRA's overall product strategy and digital transformation roadmap. Lead product teams and mentor Lead Product Manager (s). Align product initiatives with whole-of-government strategic objectives • Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the agency's overall goals. Lead the product lead (s) to achieve this vision. • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee multiple product lines and their interconnections. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. • Market and Customer Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities. Utilize insights to inform product development and positioning. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-department or cross-agency teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the product development process. • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) or OKRs to measure product success and inform decision-making. Use data-driven insights to make informed adjustments to the product strategy. • Innovation and Improvement: Drive adoption of emerging technologies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product evolution. • Lead product teams in development of digital roadmap and introduction of appropriate digital solutions to partner with cross functional business teams, WOG and industry partners to achieve greater business outcomes • Drive in organisation wide Digital, Design and Data capabilities/competency development, digital innovation and continuous improvement to build a high performing team • Drive the annual submission of the Digital Government Blueprint (DGB) KPIs to Smart Nation Office, and support MOF in the preparation of Ministry Family Digitalisation Plan
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing successful products. • Executive-level stakeholder management skills • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
