You will be placed under the Management Executive SchemeWhat you will be working on:You will lead comprehensive governance reviews to support SPF's strategic objectives, focusing on organizational effectiveness through: • Conducting systematic assessments of existing governance structures, policies and processes • Developing recommendations to enhance governance structures and risk management practices • Engaging with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and compliance requirements to facilitate the implementation of governance improvements and monitoring their effectiveness • Streamlining processes with technology-enhanced solutions • Developing and executing training programmes and facilitating knowledge transfer and ensuring operational continuityWhat we are looking for:Requirements • Field of studies in business administration, management, finance or related field • 2-3 years of relevant experience with proven track record in project delivery • Proficiency in MS Office applications and data analytics software (e.g., Tableau) • Strong communication skills • Project and stakeholder management experience • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Short-listed candidates will be notified within two weeks after the closing date of applications.About MHA - Singapore Police Force (SPF):MHA - Singapore Police Force (SPF)
