Business Partnering: Serve as the primary Business Partner for property leadership within the area. Participate actively in operations meetings, translating regional strategies into local plans and constructively challenging non-standard specifications.Operational Leadership & Risk Management: Lead procurement operations, efficiency and compliance. Ensure adherence to the three-quotations rule, providing proper justification and future-proofing exceptions.Consolidation & Savings: Drive consolidation of spend within the area using a category-based approach. Develop and execute a list of cost-saving opportunities through competitive tenders and sourcing alternatives.Supplier Management & Sourcing: Ensure a robust supplier base exists for all categories. Strategically evaluate and appoint authorized importers for overseas products.Cross-Border Support: Act as a key buyer and sourcing contact for sister country teams.Requirements:
Experience: 7-10 years in procurement/finance with multi-property or complex operations management.Education: Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; Finance/Audit background a plus.Skills: Strong operational management, negotiation, team leadership, and problem-solving.
