Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.The candidate will be responsible for maintenance activities by maintaining, troubleshooting, installing and testing all plant systems to ensure high production availability and efficiency, and manage projects through safe project execution and work well with different stakeholders.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Lead projects focused on improving the reliability, availability, and operational efficiency of gas filling plants.Manage non-operational activities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth plant operations and full compliance with all regulatory and company IMS standards.Act as a representative in maintenance meetings to resolve issues and coordinate the procurement of spare parts and project materials.Liaise with customers and consultants to resolve contractual issues and operational permits.Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for internal and external audits, including maintenance schedules and SOP updates.Analyze operational data and performance trends to improve operations, identify abnormalities, and participate in root cause analysis for incidents or operational upsets.Maintain accurate operational logs, reports, safety records, and participate in continuous improvement programs to enhance overall plant performance.Are you a MATCH?Degree in any engineering qualificationMinimum 2 years of relevant working experience in project management, plant maintenance or facilities management.
