- Assist the Section Manager & Club's Superintendent;
- Preparation of Purchase Requisitions, Memos and Tender Documents, Vendor Contracts, Filling and Safekeeping of All Documents
- Take Minutes for Tender Evaluation Committee Meetings. Risk Assessment Presentation.
- Handle Staff Matters, Off In-Lieu, Leave Application, Submission of Claims & Staff Certification Programs
- Maintain Accurate and Reliable Stock Record of all Inventory Items.
- Assist in the Housekeeping and General Cleanliness of the Store & Workshop Areas.
