Think award-winning personalized dashboards and rewards platform via OCBC app. You’ll work with dynamic teams across tech and business, facilitate agile practices, and steer product delivery in complex environments.How you succeedTo succeed in this role, you will need to coach and mentor teams towards a strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, support Product Owners to manage the backlog, and coordinate your teams' sprint deliverables. Your ability to remove blockers and impede work progress will be critical to the success of your teams.What you doCoach and mentor teams on Agile values and principlesFacilitate productive Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews and RetrospectivesSupport Product Owners to manage the backlog and maximise value for the teamRemove blockers and impede work progressCollaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to improve and support the scaling of Agility within the bankFoster a safe and trusting team environmentWho you work withGroup Operations & Technology co-creates products and solutions, building the underlying technology applications and services, and managing the Group's IT operations & cyber defence. You will be working with Technology and Business stakeholders, particularly in Consumer Banking digital channels.Who you areAt least 10years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the FI sectorDeep knowledge and understanding of Scrum/ Agile values and principlesGood knowledge in end-to-end business process in Consumer/ Corporate Banking's ChannelsStrong team coach and mentorStrong team player in the wider Agile communityEffective listener and communicatorStrong interpersonal skillsExperienced and strong ability in managing stakeholder expectationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to influence without formal authorityProactive, creative individual who is willing and able to challenge the status quo when neededSelf-starter with excellent servant leadership and team building skillsAbility to resolve complex problems creatively (out of the box thinking)Bachelor's degree or equivalentWho we areSingapore's longest established bank, we've been helping people and businesses get what they want from life since 1932.
