$7K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities

Lead the implementation of the project's BIM/VDC/IDD strategy and related digital systems, which includes the generation, revision, visualization, analytical and collaborative use of BIM
Lead a team of BIM coordinators/modellers for all disciplines
Establish and implement BIM Execution Plan
Maintain BIM standards and be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes for all disciplines
Manage and enforce quality control/assurance, and BIM documentation for adherence to established standards and guides Adhering to the latest industry standards
Work with stakeholders and project team to identify and resolve technical issues in BIM modelling and coordination
Engage project team members to innovate and leverage advanced digital/BIM tools and methodology
Conduct training and assist project members on the use of BIM software

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Building or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Naviswork and Civil 3D is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
