Finance Analyst (Japanese Speaking)

- Lead budgeting process and performance analysis, including P&L by business unit and variance checks.
- Prepare clear management reports for senior leaders and Japan HQ, based on accurate financial data.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve reporting quality and efficiency using digital tools.
- Manage tax compliance, including Singapore incentive schemes, transfer pricing, and BEPS 2.0 updates.
- Support other finance tasks such as insurance matters and ad hoc duties from finance leadership
- Finance Experience: 3+ years in finance or accounting, with solid skills in management accounting and budgeting; energy sector experience is a plus.
- Core Skills: Strong in budgeting, variance analysis, reporting, and analytical thinking; clear and logical communication.
- Tech & Traits: Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, charts), proficient in Word and PowerPoint; motivated, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Expected Salary: Around S$7,000/ month + AWS + VB
