Senior/Executive (Line Management)

• Improve cost efficiency and optimize yield
• Cost control
• Manage and resolve claims (cargo claims, container damage, vessel damage) in consultation with legal team where required
• In collaboration with the Commercial department, acquire, compile and maintain trade statistics and reports for analysis and decision making
• Space management of various services, prompt space arrangements to be carried out during contingencies
• Selection of cargo that delivers best NTV returns
• Close liaison with multi-agents to ensure online booking forecasts are updated timely in online system;
• Scheduling of services, liaison with operations and agents, including dissemination of schedules Key

• Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Business or Business Management
• Preferably 2 years or more experience in shipping line, involving in trade. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues across departments and various internal & external stakeholders
