Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager, Special Projects (5-year Contract)

• To support the development team on design and medical planning discussions for Clinical departments and facilitate all Users workgroup sessions.
• Co-lead and support in planning, organising and coordinating architectural, medical planners, interior design and MEP requirements and discussions for the hospital.
• Support the development team and work closely with Stakeholders, Consultants and Users to develop Design Brief, Design Options, complete with Design Solutions that meet Users' requirements.
• Support the development team and ensure that Users' requirements are duly captured and resolved and approved.
• Organize meetings and stakeholder engagements. Taking minutes and be responsible for tracking follow up actions and closure.
• Secretariat roles and responsibilities.
• Keep abreast of healthcare planning topics and issues, to support the hospital development in the desired direction.
• Any other duties assigned for the hospital development.

• Degree in Architecture /Interior Designing / Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Engineering/Civil & Structure Engineering/ Project Manager or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management experience.
• Candidates with healthcare background highly preferred.
• Good project management skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal, proactive, communication skills to collaborate and manage with various Stakeholders.
• Good time management on tasks allocated, resourceful, self-motivated, driven with the ability to multi-tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
