Join the winning team now!Work you will doDeloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (SR&T) - Regulatory & Financial Risk practice in Southeast Asia. We provide risk transformation, data and modeling solutions focusing on some of the unique and complex issues our clients are facing in finance. Advise our clients how to optimize compliance programs, standardize processes and transform compliance to protect their value across the business, while building great visibility, efficiency and confidence for the future.You will work alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence based analytical capability to help them solve pressing and complex issues. This includes revealing insight and delivering value through pragmatic and actionable recommendations. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clients to understand the forces that are driving change, identifying opportunities and develop solutions across the whole organization.The nature of the work we do includes:1. Enhancing Data Quality and Controls
  • Lead the implementation of the KDE methodology across business functions.
  • Design, implement, and monitor data quality rules to ensure adherence to enterprise data standards.
  • Establish controls and procedures to proactively address data quality issues.
2. Data Lineage, Metadata, and Standardization
  • Drive the implementation of data lineage capabilities to trace and validate data flow across systems.
  • Oversee metadata management processes, ensuring consistency and accessibility across the organization.
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of the Enterprise Data Dictionary to standardize business terminology and definitions.
3. Data Governance / Data Management Tool Implementation
  • Manage the deployment, configuration, and adoption of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform (DIP).
  • Oversee the integration and usage of Collibra Data Quality (CDQ) for data monitoring and reporting.
  • Support the implementation of Alteryx for data preparation, workflow automation, and analytics.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or metadata management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • A proven experience in MAS Data Governance and BCBS 239 implementation and compliance, with a deep understanding of regulatory data governance requirements in the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of KDE methodology, data lineage frameworks, and metadata standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Collibra, Alteryx, or similar data governance and quality tools.
  • Proven track record of implementing enterprise data governance initiatives.
