Shiny Happy People is an established casting and talent agency specialising in advertisements across traditional and digital platforms. Apart from casting professional models and actors, the agency specialises in real people casting for lifestyle and character-driven spots.The company has been casting for local and global advertising campaigns since 2001.ShowreelJob DescriptionFilm / communications / acting students grads; someone with basic background from now till end September for ongoing deadlines. You should be resourceful, adequate at Photoshop, Powerpoint, have good communication and organisational skills.Opportunity to attend a feature film shoot in September.Some basic duties include
  • Assist with brainstorming/ sourcing of suitable talents for current deadlines
  • Rounding up of background extras for South East Asian rom com movie
  • Assist with setting up of auditions, registration of talents on audition days, standing in as eyeline or as reader during auditions
  • Schedule checks including liaising with talents and agents, setting up audition appointments
  • Downloading audition videos and snaps, updating log sheets on a daily or alternate day basis
  • Paperwork including compiling photo decks for PPMs including simple touch up of headshots whenever necessary. Simple editing of audition videos.
  • Shoot attendance. Looking after the cast's welfare on shoot days, ensuring a smooth production
