[What the role is] Assistant Manager, Tenancy & Licence Management[What you will be working on]Manage the assigned portfolio of tenancies/licences, for the optimal use of State land and properties.Evaluate applications and proposals from tenants/licensees, and conduct consultations with agencies.Formulate and review policies to achieve desired results for better management of the tenancies/licenses.Conduct process-reviews, so as to streamline processes and shift processes to the technological platform.Maintain good relations with tenants/licensees, through proper follow ups on customers’ requests, prompt response to enquiries, etc.[What we are looking for]Relevant discipline in Real Estate or related studiesEntry level candidate or candidates with 1-2 years of working experience are welcomed to applyExcellent interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skillsAble to work well both independently and in a teamMust be meticulous, analytical, motivated with a positive mind setHas good level of initiative and resourcefulness
