- Map customer journeys, identify needs and pain points, and design initiatives to improve overall experiences
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to define key metrics, analyze data sources, and transform findings into actionable insights
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to visualize performance, customer feedback, and trends
- Identify repetitive tasks within customer support workflows and implement automation (e.g., Power Automate) to streamline processes and reduce errors
- Stay up to date with trends in data visualization, automation, and customer experience technologies, and propose innovative ideas to enhance customer support and decision-making
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science/ Analytics, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills & able to work independently
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau; basic understanding of process automation tools such as Power Automate would be good but not required
