Responsibilities:

Coordination and management of architectural design and coordination activities for projects.
Ensure compliance with architectural design standards and codes.
Collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of architectural drawings and specifications.
Review architectural drawings and documents for accuracy and completeness.
Resolve design conflicts and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Attend coordination meetings and provide updates on architectural design progress.
Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate implementation of architectural designs.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of architectural design activities.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
Knowledgeable and understand the specifications and drawings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
