- Plan and monitor project schedules.
- Maintain the project baseline.
- Identify critical path activities for the project schedule.
- Update project status and prepare internal and external reports.
- Coordinate schedules with internal and external parties.
- Review and accept vendor and contractor schedules, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
- Handle multiple projects to meet tight deadlines for progress report submissions
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in project planning, preferably in Combined Cycle, FPSO, or Shipyard EPC.
- Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 planning software.
- Initiative, collaboration, and excellent multilingual communication skills.
- Willingness to travel
