- Check and verify export LC documents lodged.
- Check and verify Export LC advising, amendments and confirmation including related messages monitor & ensure charges collection.
- Sorting and assigning swift messages to various desks of TF department.
- Ensure all due diligence / EDD checks such as name screening, sanction checks, price checks are done as per AML CFT policy and as per product checklists (including vessel tracking / IMB checks).
- Joint custodian of Export bills (with original title to goods).
- Ensure no swift or transactions are left unverified at the end of the business day.
- Ensure all SWIFT messages related to the area of operations are attended to and acted upon the same day.
- Ensure there are no failed transactions before giving EOD signal.
- Degree or diploma in Banking / Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications : Excel/Word/PowerPoint is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
