- Assist the Team Lead in the design, development, and implementation of transformation initiatives, focusing on process reengineering, automation, and digitalisation to improve operational efficiency. • Engage stakeholders across various departments to understand existing processes, identify pain points, and collect detailed requirements for transformation projects. • Ensure thorough documentation of process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials to facilitate effective change management and knowledge transfer. • Regularly review and update documentation to reflect any changes or improvements in processes and systems. • Explore and evaluate emerging tools and technologies, such as GenAI, to develop innovative solutions that support the organization's transformation goals. • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure that technological solutions are aligned with MOT's infrastructure and strategic direction. • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes. • Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff to ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.
- Tertiary qualification in IT /Accounting or equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage. • Knowledge of Government budgeting will be an advantage. • Strong leadership qualities and proven track record of system delivery. • A self-starter who can work independently and be a team player as well • Proven ability to effectively multitask and manage heavy workload independently • Strong written and communication skills • Meticulous attention to details is necessary • Possesses good interpersonal skills and is service-oriented
