We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Provisioning Executive. This vital support role enhances the overall user experience by working closely with both the customer service and handset logistics teams. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end service fulfillment, ensuring seamless coordination across departments to support frontline operations efficiently.Responsibility:
- Carry out handset activations, device provisioning, and configurations according to company guidelines, ensuring all devices are fully functional and compliant prior to delivery.
- Assist customers with initial device setup and usage, verify their information, and manage all necessary documentation.
- Work in partnership with the IT Support team to troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases as needed, maintaining accurate documentation for all activated devices.
- Ensure timely service delivery, maintain high standards of data security and workplace organization, and prepare regular updates for supervisors.
- Attend to walk-in customers by addressing inquiries related to devices, services, and products. Provide basic troubleshooting support, manage feedback professionally, and escalate issues when necessary. Support Customer Service operations during peak periods or outside normal working hours.
- Provide remote support outside of regular hours when requiredresponding to urgent service requests, performing basic troubleshooting, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors or management to support operational requirements.
- Min GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma qualification. or related.
- Prior experience in mobile phone activation or service provisioning is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures with consistency.
