
Senior Sales Manager, International (Singapore)

- Own client and agency accounts and provide expert knowledge on clients’ businesses and the relevant media landscape
- Promote SCMP through inbound and outbound calls, meetings, presentations and networking in a professional manner
- Provide consultative selling, focusing on storytelling, idea-driven activation, data, research and insights to close sales deals and integrated solutions to maximize sources of revenue
- Present solutions to advertisers & agencies: digital display direct/programmatic, branded content partnership, print advertising, events
- Share knowledge with team and co-operate on projects for joint success
- Measure successes and identify areas of improvement
- Define and implement regular sales plans, weekly revenue forecasting and pipeline, business development, management of sales CRM
- Build partnerships with clients and media agencies in Singapore and internationally
- Manage relationships with media representatives and clients for the international markets
- Lead in the full sales cycle for all accounts, and collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify successes and areas of improvement with the aim to increase revenue
- Own sales-related projects while working as a team, knowing when to lead and follow
- Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing/ Content Studio/ Campaign Management teams to provide optimum solutions to clients and agencies
- Proven track record of driving results, generating and hunting for new business in a high-growth company environment
- University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related disciplines
- At least 5-7 years relevant experience in digital media sales, experience with working with media agencies, and clients in marketing, communications and content roles. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager.
- Strong relationships with media agencies and client contacts within leading industries for the business
- Knowledge in marketing and advertising with ability to learn quickly
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and confident with proven track record of generating revenue to meet set targets
- Able to work under pressure, well organized, and able to prioritize effectively
- Able to motivate and collaborate with team members to facilitate problem solving
- Proficient in online applications, Google G Suite, Salesforce
- Strong written and spoken presentation skills in English
