- Drive strategic insights: Lead the extraction and analysis of complex business data to uncover trends, develop comprehensive dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations that influence company strategy.
- Lead high-priority initiatives: Own and lead the framing and execution of cross-functional projects that deliver significant impact to our top and bottom line (e.g., build investment proposals, identify and implement levers to increase GMV or reduce costs).
- Collaborate and manage stakeholders across teams: Proactively engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Product, and other relevant departments. Drive alignment, facilitate decision-making, and ensure successful cross-functional project execution to track performance and improve outcomes.
- Enable executive decision-making: Prepare and deliver strategic reports and in-depth analyses to senior leadership, guiding company strategy and operations. Take ownership of presenting insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in roles that are analytical, fast-paced, and business-oriented—ideally in e-commerce, tech, consulting, or banking.
- Proficient in SQL / BigQuery and dashboard tools like Tableau, Looker Studio.
- Strong command of Google Sheets and Slides, with a keen eye for visual storytelling through data.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and shifting priorities—resilient, resourceful, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a natural ability to work across diverse teams and clearly articulate complex information to various stakeholders.
- Open to feedback and eager to grow—humility and curiosity are a must.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
