Accountant - Finance Department

• Ensure timely, accurate quarterly and yearly reporting.
• Reponsible for all the accounting entries affecting the reporting.
• Prepare timely, accurate quarterly grant claims.
• Reconcile and check that grant received are correct.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors and funding agencies where required.
• Support and ensure compliance with funding guidelines, procedures, government instruction manual.
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
• Other Ad Hoc duties.

• Good Accounting Knowledge
• Microsoft Office Knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle data analysis, financial management, financial reporting and financial closing and stakeholder engagement.
