Patients' and Visitors' registration . Billing and payment . Appointment scheduling (handling both in and outbound calls, facsimiles, and emails) . Observation ward monitoring: Preparing necessary medical documents for doctors' review . Admission and discharge coordination. Requirements . General Diploma / ITE certificate . Experience in customer service . Experience working in highly stressful / Dynamic work environment would be advantageous . Able to perform 3 rotating shifts on a 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays . Service-oriented, good team player .
