Context & EnvironmentYou will be granted an accommodation allowance.Check your eligibility for the program and country specificities on the on the website: .Please apply in English !ActivitiesJoin our affiliate TotalEnergies Gas and Power Asia in Singapore !As an Operational Compliance Analyst, you will be part of the Operational Compliance Team which is part of the Trading Support Department and oversees the day-to-day operational regulatory activities and risk mitigation techniques.Daily tasks would include:
  • Analysis of the desk positions physical and financial, specification and hedge
  • Management of the market accesses of all company
  • Calculation of the daily notional value for the trading activities in Europe and Asia
  • Collection of all IT automation requirements and delivery of tailored solutions
  • Completion and reporting of day-today activities to the regulators and analysis of the feedbacks
  • Close work with Middle Office, Back Office, Finance, Credit, Legal & Compliance Departments
  • Collaboration with employees and market trade data from all locations (Geneva, Paris, Houston, Singapore)
  • Update and creation of existing and new innovative processes using Business Intelligence Tools
  • Support of the management of Regulatory projects and act as Business Project Analyst
  • Maintain the appropriate documentation, records and reports for review by the Auditors or the regulators
  • Analysis of legal texts with tailoring them to the specific context of the trading activities.
Candidate ProfileExpected qualifications :
  • Engineering degree with strong quantitative analysis skills and a solid financial background
Technical skills :
  • Ability to collaborate on cross-functional projects
  • Excellent and effective communication abilities
  • Proficiency in coding and technical IT skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Genuine curiosity and interest in the energy sector
Computing skills :
  • Good level on Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Good knowledge in Power BI, Python, R
Languages :
  • English: level C1/C2 (very good level required in both written and spoken English)
  • French: level C1
