- Assist in the email coordination and inventory of minor IT project.
- Help in updating documentation on project milestones, issues, and solutions.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and communicate updates.
- Support the IT team in troubleshooting user issues and resolving service requests.
- Assist with regular system checks, updates, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Strong interest in IT operations, project management, and technology solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
