• Business Planning and progress review including periodical reporting to senior leader.
• Managing organizaion items, such as reorganization, arrangement of Deligation of Authorities, and Headcount control.
• Conducting prformance evaluation among department.
• Arranging Evaluation framework in department, KPI setting
• Handling department budget management (Gross profit, expense, balance sheet)
• Implementation of various business initiatives
• Collabotate with relevant department of Head Office in Tokyo and in APAC region to effectively enhance business and governance in department

• University graduate with strong academic background
• Business plannning and marketing experience in Banking sector
• Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous as this role requires the incumbent to create reports and presentations to relevant department in Head Office in Japanese
• Knowledge of Japanese Banking Law and banking regulations
• Communicating Effectively

• Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise, manage and meet expectations/deadlines with strong work ethics, integrity and commitment
