job detailsabout the companyOur Client is a fortune 500 MNC with different revenue streams and currently looking for a skilled Financial Analyst and this person will be responsible for preparing financial and management reports, conducting variance analysis, and providing decision support to optimize our operations.about the jobReporting to the FP&A manager, you will prepare financial and management reports, analyze data, and identify trends. Providing recommendations for improvements and decision support based on financial analysis. Performing financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics for leadership reviews. Collaborate closely with accounting and management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Assist in budget suggestions and improvements based on analysis and insights. Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures. Perform ad-hoc responsibilities and due diligence tasks as required.Skills and experience required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or financial analysis in a multinational environment.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and financial systems applications
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
Excellent analytical skills with a proactive and organized approach.
Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and working independently under tight deadlines.
