Lead Grab Groupwide Category Strategy for Infrastructure, Network/Telco and

Software/Saas, partnering with Key Technology and Country Leaders for Planning, Alignment and Execution. Managing business application software will be an advantage. * Maintain updated knowledge of the supply base, keeping abreast of market insights and trends.

Develop Category Strategy with clear Value, Cost, Risk and Opportunities analysis,
paired with clear, executable spend management and/or cost improvement initiatives from short to long term perspectives
Possess proficiency in analyzing external market conditions, internal demand, commodity operational/financial data
Champion Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with regular monitoring of performance. Identifies and recommends ways to resolve and/or mitigate issues
Rationalize the supply base and develop a preferred roster of suppliers

Strategic Sourcing

Lead and own the sourcing process, from driving clear definition of requirements working with Business Teams, prospecting suppliers, initiating and deploying key commercial artifacts (RFPs, RFQs, Contracts, etc.)
Lead vendor negotiation, drive clear assessment in partnership with internal subject-matter experts
Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Infosec, Data Privacy, Compliance, Finance) across Contracting and Supplier Qualification

Stakeholder Management and Business Partnering

Build relationships with key business stakeholders in defining and achieving shared goals
Collaborate to proactively identify business needs and enable value creation thru process efficiencies and speed to market, cost and risk management, supplier enabled innovation
Collaborate and lead internal procurement teams to deliver flawless end-to-end procurement projects (source-to-contract, procure-to-pay)

Internally driven, externally inspired

Maintain strong awareness of the category thru investigation of new supply markets and assess capabilities

QualificationsThe must haves:

Absolute integrity in managing the supplier relationship, avoiding real and perceived conflicts of interests
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and possess strong prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong team player and able to lead or participate on cross functional teams to deliver collective goals;
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, and professionally with external partners;
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under high pressure and fast paced environments
Degree in any Supply Chain, Business Management or any relevant study.
3-5 years procurement experience in leading or managing within Technology, Infrastructure,
Network Monitoring
Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams, and possess cross cultural competency
