Part time Job DescriptionDuties and responsibilities:
- Daily general administrative support work including answering phone enquiries, upkeeping of records and database, tallying of documents etc.
- Provide support to operations fieldwork department including recruitment, documentation etc.
- Assist in paperwork and weekly operations fieldwork progress reports
- Answer public queries and planning of schedulesWorking Hours and Location
- Bukit Timah - 15 minutes walking distance from Botanic Gardens MRT Station (CC19/DT9) and Stevens MRT Station (DT10)Additional information
- Working hours will be from 9AM to 5PM, 2 to 3 alternate working days a week
- Selected candidate/s will be remunerated at $10.00 / hourJob Requirement- You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents
- Computer literate - Computer usage, tablet, internet, printing
- Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint) skills are preferred
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English (and another language)
- Positive working attitude
- Initiated and able to work under minimal supervision
- Meticulous and have good attention to detail
- Proactive and good team player
- O Levels / Nitec / Diploma (Entry Level candidates may also apply)Disclaimer
