- Competitive Intelligence – Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to help the team stay ahead.
- Front-End Checking & Monitoring – Ensure product listings, visuals, and prices are accurate and appealing on all platforms.
- SKU Upload – Manage and upload product SKUs with precision and attention to detail.
- UPD Creation – Prepare and update product descriptions (UPDs) that attract and convert customers.
- Wording for Chat Blasts – Craft engaging and persuasive messages for customer outreach campaigns.
- Support for Big Campaigns – Assist in planning, execution, and coordination of major online sales events and promotions.
- Final year students with no class attend & fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably have an experience in E-Commerce
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to communicate and write English with confidence.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Willing to work hybrid.
