Our Singapore office is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead transformative projects in the Financial Services industry.   • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in financial services
  • 3-4 Years of consulting experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry(Wealth & Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Corporate & Investment Banking etc.)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisive, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
